AI Workflow Demonstrations
When you request live AI generation in a public workflow, Company Brain or owner inbox demo, your question or selected brief is sent to OpenAI to produce a response. Use sample information and omit private records and credentials. We do not save these prompts or drafts in our application database. OpenAI processes them under its API data policies and may retain data for abuse monitoring. Preview rules runs locally without sending those inputs to a model. Demo website and sales briefs, inbox statuses and notes are stored only in your browser using local storage; Reset demo workspace restores the prepared entries. They are not production enquiries. Signed session cookies and expiring hashed session/IP counters protect demo usage. No messages are sent and no business tools are changed by these demos.
